Dance Classes We Offer
Hip Hop
A fun, fast paced dance style to challenge dancers while also creating an immense love for the style.
Contemporary
This dance style allows students to express their emotions, while incorporating many different styles into one.
Jazz
A fast past dance style with upbeat music to created a fun environment for dancers to express their elegance.
Lyrical
Lyrical embodies many different styles of dance through incorporating ballet, jazz and acrobatics. This creates a space for all dancers to learn new skills and express themselves in heartfelt songs
Pom
An energetic and dynamic style of dance that incorporates synchronized movements, formations, jumps and skills.
Ada's Mini & Boppin Babies
Adas Mini's offers our younger age groups an opportunity to start their dance career in Jazz, Hip Hop and Ballet. The beautiful mini teachers create a safe and fun environment for all children. Boppin Babies is a program for our youngest dances, allowing one of the parents to dance with their child.
Privates
Private sessions allow a dancer to work on their self development as a dancer. The option of booking the studio for solo sessions or booking with one of our experienced teachers for structured training is offered at SSDC.
Heels & Commercial Jazz
An energetic and expressive dance style that blends strong jazz technique with commercial performance qualities, focusing on sharp, stylised movement, musicality, confidence, and personal expression, often performed in heels.
Technique
A structured class designed to develop strong dance technique, improving skill, form, strength, and control, with a focus on correct execution, alignment, flexibility, and overall dancer development.
Broadway
An expressive and performance-focused dance style inspired by musical theatre, combining strong technique, storytelling, characterization, and dynamic movement to bring energy and emotion to the stage.
Ballet
A classical and disciplined dance style that focuses on precise technique, posture, strength, flexibility, and control, forming the foundation for many other dance styles while emphasising grace and musicality.
